What You’ll Do:

  • You support the executive management team in driving strategic initiatives and transformation projects – from initial concept to implementation.
  • You create compelling PowerPoint presentations and decision-making materials that clearly communicate complex topics.
  • You analyze business models, develop financial scenarios, and contribute to the strategic direction of the group.
  • You act as a key communication interface between management, shareholders, and international partners.

What You Bring:

  • You have at least three years of professional experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You demonstrate a structured and independent working style, combined with a high level of ownership.
  • You possess strong numerical and analytical skills, especially in building business cases and financial models.
  • You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and know how to turn data into impactful visuals.
  • You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written, and feel confident working in multicultural teams.
  • You bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking.
  • You hold a degree in business administration or a related field, ideally complemented by experience in consulting, business development, or M&A.
