We are continuing our growth in the Americas. In order to support our expansion, we are looking for a Client Engagement Manager for our North American (US and Canada) operations.

Description

If you are a customer-facing project manager with a data intelligence or consulting background and a passion for the rapidly growing automotive industry, the Eucon team needs you!

As part of our automotive team, the Client Engagement Manager will be the connecting hub for Eucon’s customers and internal teams. The incumbent will act as the primary contact for customers and oversee all phases of project and data deliveries, in close collaboration with Eucon’s research team, IT operations team, and other stakeholders.

The Client Engagement Manager will be an evangelist for Eucon’s data license products, ensuring client understanding and usage of these products, gathering feedback from customers, and communicating them back to internal stakeholders with suggested strategies for constant improvement and development.    

The ideal candidate will also support Eucon Americas‘ management team in identifying new client needs, data use cases, and subsequent product strategy.  

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project management – initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and summary presentation - of all US and Canadian engagements
  • Manage all communication between clients and internal project stakeholders
  • Conduct regular project / engagement status meetings with clients
  • Work with client and internal stakeholders to ensure all engagement objectives are being met and troubleshoot any issues
  • Keep management updated on the status of all engagements
  • Ensure Eucon clients are maximizing the use of its data license products
  • Maintain regular touch points with clients to understand any unmet needs (e.g. data, analytics, etc.) and communicate them back to Eucon stakeholders and management
  • Proactively suggest new product ideas and opportunities based on client feedback
  • Support Eucon management in the development of product communications tools (e.g. pitch decks, client / industry presentations) 

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in project management – ideally in market research, data operations, software services, and / or strategy consulting for the automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Communications / Marketing and /or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office – primarily Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with project management software such as Monday.com would be an asset
  • Experience with automotive parts product management and pricing data would be an asset

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple engagements, ensuring all timelines and delivery goals are met
  • Ability to anticipate problems and issues, and find creative solutions to overcome them
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills
  • Strong presentation skills with an engaging presence both in-person and through virtual tools
  • Must be able to constantly engage with clients and understand / anticipate their data and analytics requirements
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and culture
  • Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Highly creative and acts with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be available to occassionally travel within North America
